​Is Smoking Allowed in the Condo?

  • No. The property is a fully non-smoking property. That means, my condo, hallways, common areas, and balconies are completely smoke-free.

  • Unlike many Las Vegas hotels, you won’t need to pass through smoky gaming floors or common areas. A strict no-smoking, no-vaping, no cannibas policy is enforced to ensure a consistently clean experience for everyone.

  • Guests enjoy clean, fresh air throughout the entire building, making it a comfortable choice for travelers with sensitivities, families, and anyone who prefers a healthier, more breathable environment.

 

Are Pets Allowed?

  • No. Pets are not allowed inside the my condo.

Is Transportation Provided from the Airport?

  • No. The property does not provide transportation to or from the airport. 

  • However, there are other options such as taking a taxi, ride-share, limo or shuttle that are available at the airport.

What is the Resort Fee?

  • The resort fee is $35 per night and is already included in the nightly rate. 

 

Is There Gaming on the Property?

  • No.  The property provides a peaceful, non-casino environment. 

        But close enough to all the action.
